Meet Martha

Martha Rockwell, owner of A+ Résumés & Career Coaching LLC, is a professional career coach with extensive experience in developing strategies that achieve client objectives. Having worked in the industry since 1996, she received the majority of her training as a consultant with Drake Beam Morin (DBM), a career transition company with offices worldwide.

She has worked with clients from many areas of business such as finance, construction, aviation, technology, law enforcement, purchasing, manufacturing, communication, interior design, psychology, health care, hotel and restaurant management, real estate, education, transportation, insurance, graphic arts, theater arts, and all types of sales. Her clients range from college graduates to executive level.

Martha grew up in Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and taught on the elementary school level. She has had extensive experience in sales as a Consultant and Sales Director in Mary Kay Cosmetics, as well as an Account Manager in the transportation industry with Motor Cargo Truck Line. Other experience includes Advisor in the Education Master Degree Program for the University of Phoenix.

Martha has demonstrated the highest standards and qualifications within the resume writing industry and is certified by the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches, (PARWCC). She is also a member of the following professional organizations: Resume Writer’s Council of Arizona, (RWCA), National Resume Writers Association, (NRWA) and the American Business Women’s Association, (ABWA).
